Advanced Restaurant Sales advised on the sale of 12 TGI Friday’s restaurants. The selling group was Tricorp Management Company, Steve Bell CEO and Brad Bax CFO. The buyer was American Pub LLC, CEO Kishan Patel. The transaction included 12 TGI Friday’s restaurants located in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Advanced Restaurant Sales acted as advisor to the Tricorp Management Company, and included valuation, marketing, and facilitating communications between all parties throughout the entire process of the transaction.
